Shipping Policy
Thread & Butter is a small, made-to-order shop. Many of our items are custom, personalized, embroidered, or prepared after your order is placed.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 5–10 business days before shipping.
Custom, personalized, embroidered, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time depending on order volume, product availability, design details, and the complexity of the order.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order, delivery location, and available shipping options.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after the package is accepted by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Thread & Butter is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately at hello@threadandbuttershop.com.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed or corrected.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Thread & Butter is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.
We will help where reasonably possible, but carrier delivery issues are outside of our control.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is only available if specifically offered at checkout or arranged directly with Thread & Butter before purchase.
