Products and Orders
Thread & Butter offers custom, personalized, embroidered, made-to-order, and retail products. Product availability, pricing, descriptions, colors, and designs may change at any time without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, and display settings.
By placing an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, including your name, email, shipping address, product selections, personalization details, spelling, initials, thread colors, and design choices.
Custom and Personalized Orders
For custom, personalized, embroidered, monogrammed, or made-to-order items, customers are responsible for reviewing all details before submitting an order.
Thread & Butter is not responsible for customer-entered errors, including but not limited to incorrect spelling, initials, dates, names, colors, design choices, product selections, or shipping information.
Once a custom or made-to-order item has entered production, the order cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. This may include orders with incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory, incomplete information, suspected fraud, inappropriate customization requests, or other issues that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Processing and Shipping
Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, order volume, customization details, and business workload.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Thread & Butter is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Custom, personalized, embroidered, monogrammed, and made-to-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error with the order.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, product photos, logos, graphics, designs, and branding, is owned by Thread & Butter or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any names, logos, images, phrases, artwork, or designs submitted for custom work.
We reserve the right to refuse custom work that includes copyrighted, trademarked, offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful content.
User Submissions and Custom Designs
If you submit artwork, logos, designs, wording, images, or other materials for a custom order, you confirm that you have the legal right to use those materials.
You agree that Thread & Butter may use submitted materials solely for the purpose of creating your order unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
Thread & Butter is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your use of our website, products, or services.
Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
